Quantum Medicine is Instant Medicine
In October 1990, on the morning of the last day of his 30-day, no-food, no-water fast, which nearly killed him, he experienced a spontaneous healing transformation. He coined the term Holomorphic to describe this inexplicable instantaneous event.
He used the theories and formulas of Quantum physics to illustrate his body's instant transformation and later condensed his new experience into the 12-step Healing Q Curriculum. In his new found excitement, he hurried to introduce the healing principles into his medical practice. It is the teachings of this personal healing experience, that Dr. Noah wants to share with the world now. His two-year disability allowed him to see and experience both sides of the hospital bed, as patient and as physician.

Integrated Clinics Grow Rapidly
Inspired by his life-changing experience and burdened by the responsibility of sharing this remarkable healing strategy with others, he became CEO of General Medical Clinics. In three years the clinics expanded to seven locations and with a staff of 150 personnel and thirty practitioners, provided around the clock medical care to 30,000 patients.   Annual revenue for the General Medical Clinics in 1996 was $5 million.

The outpatient medical centers managed 92,000 visit annually, were open seven days a week and provided the widest spectrum of care—from urgent care, internal medicine, family practice, pediatrics, gynecology and orthopedics to acupuncture, biofeedback, nutrition, massage, yoga, physical therapy, hypnotherapy and naturopathy.   The first of its kind in Washington State, and perhaps the country, the Allopathic-Naturopathic multi-specialty clinics and the complementary approach to healthcare quickly grew popular with the public and regional employers.

Expansion & Controversy
In 1996, Dr. Noah co-founded WellNet LLC. Capitalized by $2 million the holding company intended to take the popular integrated practice concepts nationwide through an initial public offering. Dr. Noah’s life long dream of building a functional East/West healing center was within his grasp.  The integrated practice model was popular with patients, but not with insurance companies and eventually triggered review by the Department of Justice.   After four long years of litigation, in 1999, federal charges were filed against Dr. Noah and three clinic managers.  By the end of 2000, legally overwhelmed, Dr. Noah agreed to the government's Plea Bargain agreement. He began his prison sentence at the Sheridan Federal Prison Camp in Sheridan, Oregon on Feb. 1, 2001.

Patients File Class Action Against Washington Insurance Companies

Mathematical formulas advanced by Einstein, Heisenberg, Bell and Bohm confirm the workings of an interconnected universe. Forces invisible to us connect our thoughts and actions to others at distant locations. Thoughts and actions are not lost, and so it was with Dr. Noah’s prison sentence.

Nine months into Dr. Noah's prison sentence, his patients joined a class action lawsuit against the major health insurance companies in Washington State for not offering one million subscribers access to alternative and complementary care. Regence Blue Shield the largest insurance company in the state, and the one leading the charge in investigations against Dr. Noah's clinics, quietly made a $33 million dollar settlement in March 2001. Other insurance companies followed Regence’s example and made similar out of court settlements.

Today insurers in Oregon and Washington cover alternative and complementary services in their coverage. The struggle to keep integral medicine a viable alternative to conventional hospital care continues on and is by no means settled by these financial victories. But for now and in this one instance, consumers have flexed their power of ‘We the People’ and influenced the American wellness revolution.

Q Health Resorts: A Product of Love & Gratitude
Surprisingly, prison provided just the right opportunity for reflection, healing and creative innovation.  Dr. Noah drafted the original idea of the Q Health Resorts and its new integrated practice model Q Health Retreats inside prison.   Q Health Resorts and Retreats combine the best of traditional and non-traditional care, without the limitations imposed by modern healthcare bureaucracies.   Dr. Noah envisions the long-awaited fusion of the Quantum medicine with the medicine of the East and West in a warm and hospitable destination. There, doctors and patients will be free to join hands and push the frontiers of love, compassion and healing into the next century.  

Heart Surgery and Love

In April 2003, Dr. Noah had Aortic Valve replacement surgery.  His experiences in the cardiac care unit, this time as a patient, helped him gel some of the fundamental components of the proposed Q Health Resort project.  Technical and surgical solutions are an important part of the experience,  but healing is faster, more complete and infinitely more successful when it is  integrated with love and compassion.  Dr. Noah is forever indebted to Dr. Andrew Tsen, his heart surgeon and the caring nursing staff of Providence Hospital in Portland, Oregon.
